We had an early dinner at VivoCity and happened to walk by a banner showcasing their new lobster broth ramen, which looked absolutely tempting. Since we're trying to watch our weight and knowing that some ramen places don’t allow sharing portions, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff kindly offered us a chance to try their new dish. The lobster ramen did not disappoint—it was fantastic, generous portion! We'll definitely be back for more, but next time, each of us will be ordering our own bowl (no sharing, haha) Service: 5/5 Food taste: 5/5

Was searching for a ramen restaurant nearby and came here due to good reviews. Ramen's not bad, able to do some customisations. Not a big difference between the thick and thin noodles, the thick isn't too thick (see pic). I preferred the thick one. Though I chose a harder noodle texture, it wasn't Al Dante enough for me. Gyoza's good so do order. Free corn and bean sprouts sides available on the table. Service was friendly. But the wait during lunch hour was too long. I would avoid 12-1:30 next time. 15% discount using GrabPay.

I had the tonkatsu ramen with thin noodles at Ramen Hitoshi. The broth was rich and the chashu was thinly sliced and tender. I also appreciated the free corn on the table. It was a nice extra that made the meal feel a bit more special.

The teriyaki chicken was a bit over-salted, but still decent. The Shisamo fish was nicely sized.

5 stars all round for this ramen restaurant at HarbourFront ground floor! All staff really went over and beyond our family. We were seated efficiently even on a Sunday night including a baby chair. The staff pleasantly surprised our boy with a small dessert which he loved, and also gave me a tip on how to save on payment using a GrabPay promotion. They were very happy to help top-up our kid’s empty water bottle and even made the extra effort to clean the slightly wet exterior. The ramen and don dishes were all yummy which our boy also loved, while the sides were tasty too. Thank you so much! Will be back again soon P.S. Free bean sprouts and corn too which were also tasty!

Typical Tonkotsu Ramen shop with variety of ramen dishes and sides on offer. Good tonkotsu broth and choice of noodle thickness/doneness allows for some level of customization. Overall, it’s a treat, but the broth feels a bit too reliant on salt and the portions of soup is a bit low be the noodles. The staff is helpful without becoming pushy. Customers should take note that the prices quoted on menu are pre-GST. This makes the overall price of a meal a bit higher than most other ramen places. While the quality is also higher than most (it reminds me of the ramen from packed street restaurants in Japan), I’m not exactly sure that alone can justify the hike entirely.

The ramen here honestly never disappoints. Got the tonkotsu ramen with thin noodles. Thick umami broth, tender pork, and the noodles were well-cooked. Enjoyed every mouthful. That said, $3 for an egg?? Kinda steep honestly. Free-flow corn and beansprouts sides were surprisingly tasty though. Worth a visit if you’re craving ramen.
